Reliable, Insured Dog Walking Around Seghill That Keeps Your Dog Fit and Happy

A good walk is the highlight of your dog's day, and missing it because work ran late should never be the trade-off. Our dog walking service gives your dog the exercise, sniffing and fresh air they need while you get on with your day. We walk dogs in a way that genuinely suits them, whether that is a steady amble for an older dog or a proper leg-stretch for a high-energy one. Because we are fully insured and canine first-aid trained, you can relax knowing your dog is in safe, capable hands every step of the way. A well-walked dog is a calmer, happier dog at home, and that benefits everyone.

Questions about this service

Dog Walking: your questions answered

How long are your dog walks?
Our walks typically run from around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on what your dog needs and what you book. A younger, high-energy dog may want the longer end, while an older dog often does best with a steadier, shorter stretch. We agree the right length with you at the meet and greet.
Do you walk dogs individually or in groups?
We focus on what suits your dog rather than packing them into a large pack. Some dogs walk best one to one, while others enjoy gentle company, and we discuss your dog's preference at the meet and greet. Keeping things calm and controlled is always the priority.
How do you get into my home to collect my dog?
We agree a secure, reliable access method with you in advance, whether that is a key, a lockbox or you being home at collection time. Your home security matters to us, so we handle keys and access carefully and discreetly. This is all confirmed at the meet and greet.
What happens if it is raining or icy?
Dogs still need their exercise, so we walk in most weather, simply adjusting the route, pace and length to keep your dog safe and comfortable. In harsh conditions we may shorten the walk and add some enrichment instead. We always dry your dog off before leaving them settled at home.
Will the same person always walk my dog?
We aim for consistency because dogs thrive on familiar faces and routine. Building trust with your dog makes every walk calmer and safer. If anything ever has to change, we keep you informed rather than leaving you guessing.
My dog pulls on the lead. Is that a problem?
Not at all, as plenty of dogs pull and we are used to handling them safely and confidently. We will talk through your dog's lead manners and any equipment they use at the meet and greet. The goal is a safe, enjoyable walk, never a battle.
Can you give my dog medication during or around the walk?
Yes, we can administer simple medication where it is clearly explained and agreed in advance. Please tell us the details at the meet and greet, including timing and dosage. Being canine first-aid trained, we take your dog's health needs seriously.
Which areas do you cover for dog walking?
We walk dogs across roughly a ten mile radius of Seghill, NE23, taking in Cramlington, Seaton Delaval, Whitley Bay, Blyth, Killingworth, Backworth and the surrounding villages. If you are close by but not listed, just ask and we will let you know. Most regular walks are within easy reach of our base.
How often can you walk my dog?
That is entirely up to you and your routine, from an occasional walk to a regular daily slot. Many owners book a fixed midday walk to break up a long working day. We will work out a schedule that suits both your dog and your week.
How do I arrange dog walking with you?
Start with a free meet and greet so we can understand your dog and agree the details. From there you can book by calling or messaging 07805 786390 or filling in the enquiry form on this site. There is no online payment, so arranging walks stays simple.
