Is the meet and greet really free?
Yes, the meet and greet is genuinely free and comes with no obligation whatsoever. We see it as the fairest way to start, because you should never have to commit before you and your dog feel comfortable. There is no online payment and no pressure to book on the day.

Where does the meet and greet take place?
We hold it at our premises at Durken House, Durken Business Park, Seghill, NE23 7DR. Visiting in person means you get a true feel for the space rather than relying on photos. We will give you directions when we arrange your time.
How long does the meet and greet take?
It usually takes somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes, though we never rush you out the door. The aim is for you to leave feeling genuinely informed and reassured. If you have lots of questions, we are happy to take the time.
